Eligibility

    • Video games (must include case and be in good condition).

  2. Condition Requirements: Items must meet the following criteria:

    • Fully functional and in working condition (unless noted otherwise).

    • Minimal cosmetic damage (e.g., no major scratches, cracks, or missing parts).

    • Accessories must be complete and free of significant damage.


Trade-In Value

  1. Estimation:

    • Trade-in values are based on the condition, demand, and age of the item.

    • Estimated values can be calculated using the Trade-In Calculator on our website.

  2. Final Value Assessment:

    • The final trade-in value will be determined upon inspection by our team.

    • Items with undisclosed damage or issues may result in a lower trade-in value.

  3. Bonus Credit Offers:

    • From time to time, we may offer additional bonuses for specific items or during promotional periods.


How It Works

  1. Submit Your Trade-In:

    • Fill out the online trade-in form with details about your item.

    • Upload clear photos showing the condition of your item.

  2. Choose a Method:

    • In-Store Drop-Off: Bring your item to our store for inspection.

    • Ship to Store: Use our prepaid shipping label to send your item.

  3. Receive Store Credit:

    • Once your item is inspected and approved, we will issue store credit to your account.

    • Store credit can be used for any purchase on our website or in-store.


Shipping Guidelines

  1. Packaging:

    • Ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

    • Include all necessary components (e.g., power cords, controllers).

  2. Shipping Costs:

    • We provide prepaid shipping labels for trade-ins.

    • If items are rejected due to undisclosed damage or ineligibility, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


Terms and Conditions

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Once a trade-in is finalized and store credit is issued, items cannot be returned.

  2. Rejected Trade-Ins:

    • Items that do not meet our trade-in criteria will be returned or recycled at the customer’s discretion.

    • Rejected items will not be eligible for store credit.

  3. Fraud Prevention:

    • We reserve the right to reject items suspected to be counterfeit, stolen, or altered.
