Fully functional and in working condition (unless noted otherwise).
Minimal cosmetic damage (e.g., no major scratches, cracks, or missing parts).
Accessories must be complete and free of significant damage.
Estimation:
Trade-in values are based on the condition, demand, and age of the item.
Estimated values can be calculated using the Trade-In Calculator on our website.
Final Value Assessment:
The final trade-in value will be determined upon inspection by our team.
Items with undisclosed damage or issues may result in a lower trade-in value.

Upload clear photos showing the condition of your item.
Choose a Method:
In-Store Drop-Off: Bring your item to our store for inspection.
Ship to Store: Use our prepaid shipping label to send your item.
Receive Store Credit:
Once your item is inspected and approved, we will issue store credit to your account.
Store credit can be used for any purchase on our website or in-store.
Packaging:
Ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Include all necessary components (e.g., power cords, controllers).
Shipping Costs:
We provide prepaid shipping labels for trade-ins.
If items are rejected due to undisclosed damage or ineligibility, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items:
Once a trade-in is finalized and store credit is issued, items cannot be returned.
Rejected Trade-Ins:
Items that do not meet our trade-in criteria will be returned or recycled at the customer’s discretion.
Rejected items will not be eligible for store credit.
Fraud Prevention:
We reserve the right to reject items suspected to be counterfeit, stolen, or altered.
Q: How long does it take to process a trade-in? A: Most trade-ins are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item.
Q: Does my store credit expire? A: Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
Q: Can I trade in broken or non-functional items? A: We may accept broken items for specific categories but at a reduced value. Please contact us for more information.
